Body Image Workshops for Women

Our Body Image Workshops for Women are thoughtfully designed to create a nurturing space where the negative inner voice can be quieted and transformed into a source of strength. These workshops are casual yet impactful, emphasizing open dialogue, personal reflection, and interactive activities to foster a supportive and empowering environment.

Suitable for small groups, we ensure an intimate setting with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 14 participants, allowing for meaningful interactions and personalized attention.

Workshop Details

Duration: Each session lasts 1.5 hours, offering ample time for discussion, exploration, and engagement with both the facilitator and fellow attendees.

Format: Available as virtual sessions or in-person at the serene KG Fitness Studio, providing flexibility to accommodate women from various locations and lifestyles.
